I love Cake

My best friend Mona left behind a box of Dr. Oeteker mix during her visit last August and I stumbled on it while fishing around for soy sauce on a top shelf. What the hell, I thought, I've got a brick of cream cheese that needs to be eaten. They'll go good together. This mix tastes more like chocolate and rises better than all the non-organic brands I've ever cooked with.

The icing is merely one package of cream cheese at room temperature, one teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 cup of icing sugar; whipped to the consistency of, well... icing. It's as tasty as it looks.
