Alpenglow
The further up our continent you go, the pinker the sunsets get. Alpenglow occurs just before nightfall when the snowcaps reflect the pink light of the setting sun. It makes giant scoops of strawberry ice cream come to my mind. A daytime view of Wedge mountain is here.

You make my home scenery look so dull and uninteresting.
I used to live in an apartment in downtown Vancouver with a main window that looked directly into my neighbour's bathroom; so close that I could hear their toilet flush. Eight years ago, if someone told me that this would be the view at my next residence I would have told them to go f*!& themselves. Dreams can come true!
I reckon you got heaven on your doorstep
